N-AbleTEK’s founders have a long-standing commitment to the special needs community. We’ve seen first-hand the incredible benefits that information and communication technology can bring to individuals with cognitive disabilities. After recognizing the potential impact of this technology – and the lack of resources available to those who need it – we were driven to action. Cognitive technologies are essential for helping individuals with developmental disabilities engage in a meaningful life. Access to current and evolving technology furthers independence and encourages self-determination and productivity. Through this technology, cognitively challenged individuals can integrate into society as never before.

The mission of N-AbleTEK, Inc. is to help Florida’s special needs children and adults enjoy the transformative power of technology.
For people with special needs, daily life is often filled with tremendous obstacles and frustrations. Communicating, building confidence and self-esteem, and achieving a desired level of independence presents a challenge.
At a time when technology has become such an integral part of engaging with the world, it’s critical that those with cognitive disabilities have an equal opportunity to access the technology they need. N-AbleTEK will change the lives of these individuals by providing access to technology innovations that promote and enable personal growth and independence.
Our Vision
N-AbleTEK’s vision is to help individuals with cognitive disabilities forge a new path towards greater independence. Our symbol, the hummingbird, reflects our belief in the abilities of every person with a cognitive challenge.
Hummingbirds are very intelligent and independent.
Their hovering movement tells us to live in the moment and enjoy life’s sweet nectar.
The hummingbird can fly up, down, forward, and backward and dive at 60 mph.
This ability to move in any direction mid-flight symbolizes liberation.
Their rainbow-colored feathers represent renewed hope.
A hummingbird’s message is that it’s never too late
to pursue your dreams and create a new path.
